Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is considering joining the Florida Association of Counties (FAC) in a lawsuit to challenge the constitutionality of a new law regarding Medicaid reimbursement.
County Administrator Hunter Walker told commissioners during a Monday meeting that the FAC was requesting Santa Rosa County to contribute $3,500 to be a part of the litigation.For the complete story, see the April 26 issue of Navarre Press or subscribe online.
